Frustrated by not being able to communicate underwater? Want to be more expressive when you find a cool marine organism doing something or draw your buddies' attention to nudibranch eggs on the rock or that his tank strap is loose and offer to fix it?
SeaSigns is a two-night class which will teach you over 100 fun and safety signs. It won't teach you to be 'fluent' in sign language and no prior knowledge is required.
The first night is classroom only and you'll receive a DVD and workbook. The second night we meet for a final video exam and then do some practice in the pool. There is no open water session so it's a great specialty to conduct in the colder months. Additionally, SeaSigns is a recognized PADI Distinctive Specialty which only Dive Canuck SCUBA is offering in the Seattle area. Certification can be used to count towards your Master Scuba Diver rating.
The course costs $100 which includes DVD, workbook, instruction, supervision and certification.
